Our three-pronged program is centered around the belief of the right to education for every child.
Intervention Support Program
InspirEducation will establish various academic and intervention support programs within mainstream schools for children with special needs. We have a highly trained and tested team of members who will help establish special ed units inside mainstream schools as well as provide a holistic training to the teachers and administrators in these schools so they can become well-equipped to work with children who have unique abilities. Our team will also keep giving ongoing trainings and updating these programs according to need.
Teachers’ Training Program
The teachers training program will involve training the enrolled educationists in effective teaching practices and positive behaviour management techniques. Each member of the program will keep receiving ongoing trainings for professional development, monitoring and coaching to ensure that they regularly upgrade their skills. Upon finishing the training program successfully, the trained teachers will receive certification for their subject area and a specialist teacher’s certificate.
The Bridge School Program
The Bridge School is a transitional space for students with differentiated needs. It prepares them for integration into mainstream schools across Pakistan. This school is not intended for permanent placement but as a bridge between the children with special needs and mainstream schools. We work on a principal of collaboration between the student, their family and their educators; which encourages students to actively participate in their own learning. We have specialized teachers for each specific type of learning that a child may require any level of assistance with; and believe in providing access to a holistic communication system to everyone who requires it.
The Bridge School is divided into two separate sections:
1) Preschool Section:
This section caters to students between the ages of 3 to 6
2) Regular School Section:
This section caters to students between the ages of 6 to 12
